2. Website

Content on this site is for general information about our makerspace, courses, workshops, and membership. We aim for accuracy but may update programmes, prices, and schedules without prior notice. Images and descriptions are illustrative.

3. Bookings and payments

Course, workshop, and membership places are confirmed only after we accept your booking and any required payment or deposit. Specific cancellation windows and studio house rules are provided at booking. Contact-form submissions are enquiries, not automatic bookings.

4. Studio use

Members and students must follow studio safety rules, respect shared tools and space, and leave workstations clean. We may refuse or end access if behaviour endangers people, equipment, or the community. Clay work is fragile; we take reasonable care in firing but cannot guarantee every piece survives the kiln.

5. Intellectual property

Text, branding, and design on this website belong to Harbour Clay Rooms unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Pieces you make in the studio remain yours.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from ordinary studio risks inherent in ceramics. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where such exclusion is not allowed.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
